- Clerical Skills and Company Secretarial Work proficiency
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the property or real estate industry is a plus
- Associate’s degree or certification in Office Administration or related field
- Fluency in English and Indonesian
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
